Shipping Policy:
All orders are shipped from our Plant located in North Carolina.
If you have not received your order with in one week for Shelf stable, or 2 days for FROZEN items of the Wednesday following of the day your order was placed please call 252-746-6675 for regular orders or 252-565-0716 for Gluten Free orders so we may check status on your order. We can not be responsible for missing shipments if more than a week has passed since shipment. .
Frozen Shipping:
- Frozen orders are shipped out Wednesday for same-week if received by 3:00 PM Tuesday so that frozen packages will not sit over a weekend.
- Frozen products must be delivered in 2 days. If ground shipments take more than 2 days in transit, you can only select 2 day air or 1-day air saver as shipping methods.
- If you place your order Tuesday by 3:00 PM, your order will ship on the following Wednesday, Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Tuesday will be shipped on Wednesday of the next week.
- It is your responsibility to receive the package on the first delivery attempt. Packages are shipped no signature required and will be left at residence. If you place an order be sure to look at the expected delivery date on your order and watch for delivery.
- We will not be responsible for orders shipped to businesses if they are not handled properly after delivery. You will be notified at the time of order of the expected delivery date and need to follow up to be sure delivery is taken care of after delivery.
- We cannot ship outside the USA, or to Alaska, California, Hawaii, or Rhode Island. Non-frozen items cannot be shipped with frozen items.
- PLEASE NOTE THAT WE NO LONGER SHIP TO THE STATE OF RHODE ISLAND. THEY CHARGE US A $500.00 FEE FOR SHIPPING TO RHODE ISLAND.
- Original Dumplings ship by the case (12) only.
- Frozen Gluten Free items can be mixed to fill cooler you may order a total of 12 units to fill a cooler.
- 12 Units fill a cooler (whenever possible, we highly recommend filling a cooler for the best product to shipping cost ratio.)
Holiday Delivery
- Due to variability in shipping and delivery schedules, it may be necessary to place orders up to 2 weeks in advance of a holiday. If you are concerned with receiving product by a specific date, please contact Customer Service to confirm delivery dates and availability.
- 2025 Holidays We will be closed on the following dates January 1st, April 18th, May 26h, June 30 th -July 7th, Sept. 1st, Nov 27th – Nov 28th, and Dec 22th- Dec 29th Jan 1st 2026
- Last ship day to receive order before Thanksgiving will be Nov. 19th (must order by Nov. 17th at 3:00 PM).
- Last ship day to receive orders by Christmas will be Dec 17th (must order by Dec 15th at 3:00PM).

Undelivered Packages
- If your order is returned to us as undelivered, a credit will be given for the product price only for shelf-stable items. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR FROZEN PRODUCTS. If you would like to have your order reshipped, we reserve the right to charge you the shipping fees to redeliver your package.
