OPEN HOUSE: New Gluten Free Products

Working on Gluten Free Products. I plan to be open at our Gluten Free Building on December 12, 13, 19, 20 from 10 am-3 pm.Get the word out to your friends and family members who need gluten free products.

I will have a list of available items later this week and if any of you have some products you are interested in, let me know as we will be working on other products as we grow.

I am also interested in several people who are gluten intolerant to test products as to ease of use and palatability.

As we work into this I will also be needing some part time help preferably with a bakery or kitchen experience in a restaurant who knows about sanitation , knows how to follow directions, understands some food chemistry, can work without supervision and can work varied hours. Hopefully by late spring we will be looking at full time positions.
