We are excited about our new gluten free cookie dough, a buttery and smooth dough–not grainy, that will hopefully be ready to market in 2014. We anticipate it being a refrigerated tub of dough that can also be marketed frozen. The dough can be scooped out into balls and baked off “as is” for a delightful brown edge wafer cookie with amazing flavor. By scooping some dough in a bowl. Consumers can create their own specialty cookie. Add chocolate chips, chopped nuts, raisins, dried cranberries laced with a touch of orange flavor, coconut, peanut butter chips, etc. And of course, they can be dusted with powdered sugar–and for the kids, sprinkles are in order.
